Solaria, a leading company in infrastructures, energy generation and data centres in Europe, today published its results for the 2024 financial year.

During this period, Solaria generated 2.54 TWh, which represents a 12% increase in production compared to the same period last year. Revenues increased by 4.1% to 239.4 million euros, EBITDA remained stable at 201.3 million euros, up 0.7%, despite the fall in prices and the recovery in Spain of the 7% tax on power generation, and net profit decreased by 17.6% to 88.6 million euros.

The company reiterates its 2025 EBITDA target of EUR 245-255 million in 2025. It also confirms that it will end the year with more than 3,000 MW connected and will double this capacity by the end of 2026. The company will play a leading role in Europe’s digital and energy transition in the coming years.

Year of transformation: from a solar company to a multi-sector group

2024 has been a year of transformation in which Solaria has gone from being a photovoltaic generation company to a multi-sector group with a presence in energy, infrastructures, real estate and data centres. This year the company has laid the foundations for these new businesses and international markets with the aim of leading emerging trends in technology and infrastructure, and continuing its long-term growth.

Generia

Solaria has closed a 125 million capital increase agreement with a specialised infrastructure fund to jointly invest in renewable land assets.

This transaction enhances the value of the group’s current portfolio of owned land, as well as the expansion capabilities of the business in the coming years.

Leader in the development of data centres in Iberia

Solaria already has a demand capacity of more than 600 MW, mostly linked to the group’s plant connection infrastructure. The Group’s renewable energy generation and transmission infrastructures give it a competitive advantage by facilitating the energisation of these digital facilities in record time, as well as the supply of energy to data centres under very advantageous conditions.

Solaria is currently in advanced negotiations with several leaders in the sector to value these assets. Solaria is positioned as a benchmark in two of the main global trends: digital transformation and energy transition.
