SOLARIA REACHES AN AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF 8 MW PV PLANT IN ITALY

Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente, S.A., has reached an agreement  with the Italian company ForVEI S.R.L., participating by Foresight Solar VCT, VEI Capital, Adenium Solar Energy and Quercus Renewables, for the sale of 8 MW PV plant in Italy. The enterprise value amounts to 35.1 million Euros and an overall debt reduction of 23.4 million Euros.

The PV plant included in the sale agreement has an installed capacity of 8 MW and it`s located in the Italian municipality of Orte (Vitrebo, Venusia). This plant is owned by Solaria Aleph Generación F.C.R., 50% subsidiary of Solaria.

This PV plant was built up in 2010, being part of the 47 MW generation portfolio that the company owns throughout Europe, after its continued investment in its international expansion strategy undertaken in recent years.

Nowadays the company is immersed in the construction of a 3 MW PV plant in Brazil, as well as in searching for strategic partnerships to develop projects in Latin-American, in countries such as Peru, Ecuador and Chile, together with Middle East.
