1 June 2022

The CEO of Solaria, Arturo Díaz-Tejeiro Larrañaga, continues to invest in the company and has bought 50,000 shares at a price of 21.62 euros per share, as reported today to the CNMV.

This transaction is in addition to the one carried out by the executive at the end of 2021, when he increased his presence in the company with 130,000 shares. It should also be noted that Arturo Díaz-Tejeiro Larrañaga does not receive any remuneration, either as a director or as CEO, nor does he have any stock option programme.

This new purchase is a clear commitment by Arturo Díaz-Tejeiro Larrañaga to the company, which aims to reach 18 GW by 2030 and which has just announced its entry into the wind energy sector for hybridisation projects and the creation of GENERIA, a company dedicated to the purchase of land.

On 30 May, Solaria presented its results for the first quarter of 2022, in which the company beat its own forecasts, doubling its results compared to the same period of the previous year. Revenues increased by 59% to 36.5 million euros, EBITDA grew by 70% to 33.07 million euros and net profit rose by 98% to 20.5 million euros. It also announced the increase from 3GW to 5GW in Italy by 2030 and the return of activities in Germany.
