Madrid, February 13th, 2020
At the session held yesterday, Solaria´s Board of Directors reinforced its commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria by creating an Ethics, Compliance and ESG Commission, which will be the highest authority in supervising and monitoring the Company’s ESG strategy. This Commission is composed by:
– Mr. Manuel Azpilicueta (Other External), as Chairman
– Ms. Elena Pisonero Ruiz (Independent),
– Mr. Carlos Abad (independent)
Solaria has also approved an ESG Policy and has updated the Code of Ethics, materializing its ESG commitment and has created, to strengthen its application, an internal Ethics, Compliance and ESG Committee.
