Solaria has obtained new connection points for the installation of 330 MW of photovoltaic capacity in the provinces of Girona and Tarragona.
With this new capacity, Solaria now has 580 MW under development in Catalonia, of which 150 MW have already obtained favourable environmental impact statements (EIS).
This fact shows the firm commitment that the company continues to make to Catalonia. This community has the objective of reaching a 50% share of renewables by 2030, according to the Llei del Canvi Climàtic and the recent Prospectiva Energètica Catalana (PROENCAT 2050), with 7 GW of photovoltaic generation by that date.
