SOLARIA EXTENDS UP TO 10 YEARS THE WARRANTY OF ITS PRODUCTS

As a prove of the commitment of the company with the quality and excellence of its products, Solaria has decided to extend the warranty for defects in materials and manufacture of its products from 5 to 10 years.

Solaria has the European manufacturing of cells and modules in the two factories the company has in Puertollano and Fuenmayor (Spain), with a capacity of 250 MW, where all modules commercialized by Solaria are manufactured.

Solaria has increased the number of product licenses achieved, which allows trading in Europe, USA, Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom and Israel.

The company is currently present in Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Latin America and the UK.

Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente S.A., on the occasion of their presence in the international fair SolarExpo, has announced the warranty extension from 5 to 10 years for defects in manufacture and materials for their products. In turn, the companys products have guaranteed power degradation of 10 years in 90% of nominal power and 25 years in 80% of nominal power. This warranty extension is the result of the company”s commitment to quality and excellence of its products on the market.

In Spain the company has manufacturing cells and modules in the two factories Solaria has in Puertollano and Fuenmayor, with a capacity of 250 MW, where all modules commercialized by Solaria are manufactured. Thus, Solaria bets strong for the photovoltaic solar energy and reaffirms its commitment to a long-term presence in countries where Solaria owns plants.

Moreover, Solaria has recently obtained new product certifications, which enables distribution of Solaria products internationally and lays the groundwork to become a strong European manufacturer. More concretely, the new certifications obtained have enabled trading in countries such as Brazil (INMETRO), Canada (ULC-ORD-C1703), USA (UL 1703), Israel (IEC: Israel Electrical Corporation) and United Kingdom (MCS).

Solaria is also in possession of the most prestigious product certifications such as IEC 61215, IEC 61730-1 y IEC 61730-2- TÃœV NORD, having also passed the trials for salt fog IEC 61701, ensuring higher resistance to corrosion in salty environments. These certificates recognize and enable distribution of Solaria products internationally.

At the same time, Solaria has a quality management system based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2004. This management model, linked to Solarias quality policy, is present at all levels of the company and allows continuous improvement of cells and photovoltaic modules production processes and solar thermal sensors.

 

Solaria, listed on the Spanish stock market, is present in Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Latin America, the UK and the Czech Republic, and continues its expansion in the international market. Solaria owns 48 MW installed in the different plants that manages in the various European countries, consolidating its strong position as a European manufacturer. The mentioned international dimension of the company entails a recurring income and geographic and risk diversification of their investments.
