SOLARIA ENERGÍA Y MEDIO AMBIENTE, S.A. (“SOLARIA”), (www.solariaenergia.com), the Spanish company founded in 2002 and listed in the Spanish Stock Exchange since 2007 hereby notifies that it’s subsidiary Solaria Energía Generación Renovable S.L. has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of Técnicas Ambientales del Norte, S.L. from DTL Corporación, S.L. for a total Enterprise Value amount of EUR 6,429 million. Técnicas Ambientales del Norte, S.L. is the owner of a 1 MW solar photovoltaic plant based in Villamañán (León, Spain).
SOLARIA keeps on pursuing its plan focused on consolidating and growing its generation portfolio worldwide. SOLARIA currently works actively in new development opportunities both in Europe and in Latin America that will enable to substantially increase the size of its generation portfolio of currently more than 72 MW. SOLARIA will keep on strongly betting on the national market due to the support obtained from international institutional investors but also to optimize the use of its tax incentive base of currently more than EUR 150 million.
