Solaria’s CEO reinforces his commitment to the company buying €900,000 in shares

– Arturo Díaz-Tejeiro has bought 90,000 shares in the company.

Solaria, a leading developer and generator of photovoltaic energy in Europe, today informed the CNMV that its CEO, Arturo Díaz-Tejeiro, has increased his stake in the company following the purchase of 90,000 shares at an average price of 10.05 euros per share.

This new purchase materialises the confidence of the CEO in the good progress and in the growth and internationalisation plans of the company.

On 28 February, Solaria presented its annual results for 2023, in which the company broke records with a net profit of 107.5 million euros and announced the acceleration of its international expansion, with 50% of its project portfolio outside Spain.
