Solaria CEO reinforces his commitment to the company buying 1.8 million euros in shares

Solaria, a leading Spanish company in the development and generation of photovoltaic energy, today informed the CNMV that its CEO, Arturo Díaz-Tejeiro, has increased his stake in the company following the purchase of 130,000 shares at a price of 13.67 euros per share.

This operation is in addition to those carried out by the executive last February, when he increased his presence in the company with 82,827 shares, which together represent more than 3.3 million euros invested in Solaria in 2021, and which materialize the confidence of the CEO in the good progress and in the growth and internationalization plans of the company.

On September 29th, Solaria presented its results for the first half of the year with a strong growth in its figures. Revenues increased by 73% to 49.5 million euros, EBITDA rose by 89% to 42.5 million euros and net profit grew by 60% to 23.6 million euros.
